This cozy B&B is conveniently located close to the train station and right in the town centre, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like ensuite shower rooms. the owners are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and served in a homely dining room. Plus, there are plenty of amenities nearby, including the bus station which is within easy reach.
The parking facilities at this B&B are limited, so it may be a bit challenging to find a spot if you're traveling by car.

Every corner of the room was squeaky clean 🧼. This place is just a stone's throw away from a beautiful green area. It's super convenient, only a 5-minute stroll from the train station. You should totally check it out if you're in the area!

First class service, great location just a short walk into city centre and train station. The drop off at airport which is just a short drive away is excellant idea. The full scottish breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast here looked delicious, but we were in a rush and didn't get to try it; the location was perfect, close to a restaurant serving delicious gluten-free options.

That everyone was so friendly and we really felt welcome. The place was stunning and very clean and a lot more comfortable than what we thought we were getting for the excellent price. Will definitely be back agaain soon!
That we were only told that we had to pay when we went to hand our keys back and check out. It was no problem but meant we had to go draw £150 cash and find a cash machine at a time when we wanted to get on the road and drive nearly 200miles.
